Rental Rates for Spring Hill Farm in South Londonderry, Vermont

Notes:

• Winter weekends and Holidays $500 per night
• Winter weekdays $275 per night
• Summer $275 per night
• Fall and Spring $225 per night
• Plus $25 for each guest above 10
• Plus additional 9% on total rent for Vermont Rooming Tax
• Plus a one-time cleaning fee of $150
