Rental Rates for Spring Hill Farm in South Londonderry, Vermont

Notes:

• We require a full day between rentals so that the house can be thoroughly cleaned
• Winter Weekends and Holidays $550 per night
• Christmas Week $650 per night, Presidents Week $450 per night
• Summer $350 per night
• Fall and Spring $300 per night
• Foliage $400 per night
• Plus $25 per night for each guest above 10
• Plus additional 9% on rental fee for Vermont Rooming Tax
• Plus a one-time cleaning fee of $200
• 3 nights minimum
